Today is not only the last day of the month, it’s also the last day of the year 2012. I liked this year a lot because I’ve met great new people, visited beautiful new places and also found wonderful new and old penpals. 🙂 I’m sad to see this year coming to an end…but I’m also excited to see what the new year has in store for me! 😀
So here is my last “Favorite Of The Month” post for this year.
1. Deco tape
In December I’ve used my Christmas and Hello Kitty Deco tape a lot…almost on all my Christmas cards and letters. 🙂 I found all three of them at Michael’s.
2. Storage box
This is my three layer storage box I use to store things I use for my letter writing and envelope making. It always sits next to me when I’m writing letters and doing crafts. It’s my crafty toolbox 😉
3. Christmas stickers
And since December is the holiday/Christmas month, I used my favorite Christmas stickers a lot this month. ♥ Luckily the package was pretty big and I still have a lot left over for next year. 🙂
That’s it from me for this year! Thanks so much for reading my blog and I hope you all will continue reading my blog in 2013! I already have lots of blog post ideas and I’m also planning a little giveaway for the first January week…don’t miss it! 🙂
Happy New Year 2013!
Wow another month is over and tomorrow the last month of this year begins. Today being the last day of the month means it’s time for another “Favorites Of The Month” post…so here are my favorites of the month of November:
1. Tiny bird rubber stamp
This month I’ve used this beautiful stamp a LOT ♥
I’ve sent lots of postcards this month…not only through the regular Postcrossing swaps but also through private swaps and tags in the Postcrossing forum. Are you a member of Postcrossing?
3. Amy & Tim stationery
I’ve had my Amy & Tim stationery for quite some time but because I have ton of stationery I hardly ever used this particular one…until this month. I used it for several letters and I like it a lot. 🙂
4. My sticker box
I have a plastic shoebox full of stickers..it weighs at least 5 pounds LOL I’ve received and bought all my stickers over the past few years and I love having my box next to me while I’m writing letters and just digging for cute stickers that go with the stationery I’m using. Ah those addictions… ^_^
It’s time again for my “Favorite Of The Month” post…I can’t believe how fast October went by! Today is Halloween..so Happy Halloween to all of you who celebrate it! 🙂 I like all the decorations but I’m not a big fan of dressing up so I went to work as me today. 😛
So, here are my favorite things of the month of October:
1. Halloween rubber stamps
I’m a big fan of rubber stamps and clear stamps and this month I used my Halloween rubber stamps a LOT! 😀 I bought them all for $1 or less at Michael’s.
2. Halloween/fall stationery
This month I wrote lots of letters with my beautiful Halloween and fall stationery that I ordered online last year. It’s computer stationery but I like using it for my handwritten letters. 🙂 Eventhough I’m a huge fan of cute Asian stationery, I also like using seasonal paper for my letters to give them a special touch. 🙂
I’ve spent quite some time browsing on Etsy in October and I ordered cute deco tape and a little rubber stamp. Have you ever bought anything on Etsy? Or do you even sell things on Etsy?
Only two months left until the year is over…but now the fun part begins: the holiday season! I’m SO looking forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas! 😀
At the end of every month I show you my favorites of the month, things I used a lot, received or bought. I call it FOTM = Favorites of the Month
This month I’ve spent a lot of time on Postcrossing.com and I sent out lots of postcards. ♥
2. Ink Joy pens
During the back to school sale at Walmart I bought these great pens that I use almost every day to write my letters and postcards. They’re called “Ink Joy” and they’re from Papermate. They came in a pack of 10, the colors are beautiful and writing with them is so much fun. 🙂
3. USPS.com stamp shop
In September I’ve ordered stamps online from usps.com for the first time ever and I placed a second order yesterday. 😀 I know I could get all those pretty stamps at our local post office too but I like looking at all the stamps..calculating how many I need and order them at my own pace. At the post office it’s always hectic and busy and they don’t always have all the special stamps. So I pay $1.25 for the shipping but I get to enjoy stamp shopping. 😉
4. My apple inbox
Perfect for this time of the year ♥
5. My Montana postcards
I’ve spent an AMAZING vacation in Montana in August/September, visiting my penpal. We both love postcards and we bought tons of them..and all this month I’ve been looking at them over and over, remembering the great time I had in paradise. 🙂
